By collaborating closely with schools, government officials, and local communities, we aim to envision a transformative educational paradigm. Our focus isn't to train leaders; it's about nurturing and shaping them, fostering a new generation of empowered Senegalese changemakers
STREAMLINING TALENT INTO EDUCATION
We recruit unconventional and conventional young leaders across the country and have them commit to teaching in underserved rural primary schools for a minimum of 2 years.

Through conscious leadership, we equip our fellows with tools and skills to enhance their self-awareness, self-management, and ability to navigate trauma. This empowers them to break free from the cycles of oppression, both within themselves and within the communities they serve.
